My name is Dr. Ilhomiddin Niyazov, MD, PhD, an oncologic surgeon from Tajikistan specializing in head and neck surgical oncology and reconstructive surgery.
I recently learned about your outstanding work in head and neck oncology at Beijing Tongren Hospital and was very interested in the possibility of learning from your team.
I would like to kindly ask whether there may be an opportunity for an international physician to join your department as a clinical fellow, visiting surgeon, or short-term clinical observership.
My particular interests include:
head and neck oncological surgery;
thyroid cancer surgery and cervical lymph node dissection;
laryngeal and hypopharyngeal cancer surgery;
management of advanced head and neck tumors;
reconstructive surgery and microsurgical techniques;
multidisciplinary management of head and neck cancer.
I would be particularly grateful for the opportunity to observe your surgical practice, participate in academic activities and multidisciplinary discussions, and, where permitted by hospital regulations, gain practical exposure to modern head and neck oncology.
I am currently working at the Republican Oncological Scientific Center in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, and am actively developing international academic and clinical collaborations. I have also been involved in professional cooperation with oncology institutions in China, including collaborations with cancer hospitals in Chongqing and Xinjiang, and I have a strong interest in further developing academic cooperation between Tajikistan and China.
