How It Works
- Purchase the deposit gift card for your chosen tier.
- You will receive a unique gift card code by email — this is your service reservation code.
- Contact CMCS with your code to confirm your service tier and arrange the remaining balance via wire transfer or bank transfer.
- Once full payment is confirmed, your concierge card status is activated — service ready.
- Please confirm your itinerary at least 14 days before arrival to allow time for hospital appointments, visa coordination, and flight arrangements.
- Arrive in Shanghai and enjoy your fully supported 7-day concierge experience.
- Upon service completion, your card is marked as redeemed.
