• Outpatient hours: Morning 08:00–11:30 | Afternoon 13:00–17:00. Select departments operate on weekends.
• Emergency department: Open 24 hours at the Main Campus.
• Hepatology patients: Bring all prior liver function tests, viral markers (HBV DNA, HCV RNA), fibroscan or liver biopsy reports, ultrasound or CT imaging, and a complete medication history including all prior Western and Chinese medicine treatments.
• Herbal medicine patients: Longhua's pharmacy stocks an extensive range of classical and modern herbal formulas. Decoctions can be prepared on-site or delivered.

• Check for cancellations during 15:00–17:00 daily — re-released slots can be claimed.
