- Open the public account and tap Appointment Booking (预约挂号).
- Tap Add Patient (添加就诊人) and enter the patient's real name and ID number.
- Select the department (e.g., Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics), date, and time slot.
- Confirm appointment details and complete booking.
To cancel: Go to My Appointments (我的预约) and cancel before 17:00 the day prior to the appointment.

Key Rules and Tips
Slot Release Schedule
- General outpatient slots open at 08:00 daily for the next 7 days.
- Specialist slots open 7–14 days in advance for high-demand departments.
Tips for Your Visit
- Complete patient registration setup before the slot release time and log in at exactly 08:00.
- Check for cancellations during 15:00–17:00 daily — re-released slots can be claimed.
- For oncology, bring complete prior records including pathology, imaging, and treatment history. For ophthalmology, bring prior vision test results and fundus photographs.
Booking Limits and No-Show Policy
- One appointment per patient, per department, per day.
- Cancellations must be made before 17:00 the day prior to the appointment.
- Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions across platforms.
Check-In on the Day
- Collect your number at a self-service kiosk or service counter on arrival.
- Sign in at the sign-in machine on your department's floor before your appointment time. Failure to sign in may affect your queue position.
