Slot Release Schedule

• General outpatient slots open at 08:00 daily for the next 7 days.
• Specialist hepatology slots open 7–14 days in advance.

Tips for Your Visit

• Complete patient registration setup before the slot release time and log in at exactly 08:00.
• Check for cancellations during 15:00–17:00 daily — re-released slots can be claimed.
• For hepatology consultations, prepare a complete liver disease dossier: viral markers, liver function panels, fibroscan results, and imaging. The more complete your records, the more productive your consultation.

Booking Limits and No-Show Policy

• One appointment per patient, per department, per day.
• Cancellations must be made before 17:00 the day prior to the appointment.
• Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions across platforms.

Check-In on the Day

• Collect your number at a self-service kiosk or service counter on arrival.
• Sign in at the sign-in machine on your department's floor before your appointment time. Failure to sign in may affect your queue position.
