Essential Patient Information
- Real-name registration is mandatory. Bring the patient's original valid ID (national ID card or passport for foreign nationals). Without it, registration and self-service machines cannot be used.
- Outpatient hours: Morning 08:00–11:30 | Afternoon 13:00–17:00. Select departments operate on weekends.
- Emergency department: Open 24 hours for acute eye and ENT emergencies.
- Ophthalmology patients: Bring prior vision test results, fundus photographs, OCT scans, visual field tests, and any prior surgical records.
- Cochlear implant candidates: Bring audiometry results, CT and MRI of the temporal bone, and prior hearing aid records. The cochlear implant evaluation follows a dedicated multi-step assessment process.

Slot Release Schedule
- General outpatient slots open at 08:00 daily for the next 7 days.
- Specialist slots (e.g., retinal surgery, cochlear implant assessment, head and neck oncology) open 7–14 days in advance and are highly competitive.
Tips for High-Demand Specialists
- Complete patient registration setup before the slot release time and log in at exactly 08:00.
- Check for cancellations during 15:00–17:00 daily — re-released slots can be claimed.
- For cochlear implant evaluation, contact the otology department in advance to understand the full assessment pathway before booking your first appointment.
- For complex retinal or glaucoma cases, prepare a complete set of prior imaging and functional test results to maximize consultation value.
Booking Limits and No-Show Policy
- One appointment per patient, per department, per day.
- Cancellations must be made before 17:00 the day prior to the appointment.
- Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions across platforms.
Check-In on the Day
- Collect your number at a self-service kiosk or service counter on arrival.
