IPMCH operates from its main campus:

Essential Patient Information
- Real-name registration is mandatory. Bring the patient's original valid ID (national ID card or passport for foreign nationals). Without it, registration and self-service machines cannot be used.
- Outpatient hours: Morning 08:00–11:30 | Afternoon 13:00–17:00. Select departments operate on weekends.
- Emergency department: Open 24 hours for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies.
- IVF patients: The assisted reproductive technology (ART) program follows a dedicated multi-step intake process. Contact the reproductive medicine center directly before attempting standard online booking.
- Prenatal care patients: Establish care early — first prenatal visit slots are in high demand and should be booked as soon as pregnancy is confirmed.
- Fetal medicine patients: Bring all prior prenatal ultrasound reports, genetic screening results (NIPT, amniocentesis), and referral letters from your obstetrician.

Search and follow 国际和平妇幼保健院 on WeChat. Slots open daily at 08:00 for appointments up to 7 days in advance for most departments.
- Open the public account and tap Appointment Booking (预约挂号).
- Tap Add Patient (添加就诊人) and enter the patient's real name and ID number.
- Select the department (e.g., Obstetrics, Fetal Medicine, Reproductive Medicine, Gynecology, Neonatology), date, and time slot.
- Confirm appointment details and complete booking.
To cancel: Go to My Appointments (我的预约) and cancel before 17:00 the day prior to the appointment.

Key Rules and Tips
Slot Release Schedule
- General outpatient slots open at 08:00 daily for the next 7 days.
- Specialist slots (e.g., fetal medicine, high-risk obstetrics, senior IVF specialists) open 7–14 days in advance and are extremely competitive.
- IVF and ART consultations follow a separate scheduling pathway — contact the reproductive medicine center directly.
Tips for High-Demand Specialists
- Complete patient registration setup before the slot release time and log in at exactly 08:00.
- Check for cancellations during 15:00–17:00 daily — re-released slots can be claimed.
- For IVF consultations, prepare a complete fertility workup: AMH, FSH, LH, E2 hormone panels, antral follicle count ultrasound, semen analysis, and prior treatment records.
- For fetal medicine, bring all prior prenatal ultrasound reports, NIPT results, amniocentesis reports, and referral documentation.
Booking Limits and No-Show Policy
- One appointment per patient, per department, per day.
- Cancellations must be made before 17:00 the day prior to the appointment.
- Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions across platforms.
Check-In on the Day
- Collect your number at a self-service kiosk or service counter on arrival.
