Slot Release Schedule
- General outpatient slots open at 08:00 daily for the next 7 days.
- Specialist slots open 7–14 days in advance for high-demand departments.
Tips for High-Demand Specialists
- Complete patient registration setup before the slot release time and log in at exactly 08:00.
- Check for cancellations during 15:00–17:00 daily — re-released slots can be claimed.
- For cardiology consultations, bring a complete set of prior cardiac records including ECG, echocardiogram, and any interventional procedure reports.
- If a top specialist is fully booked, consider booking a senior associate in the same department as an entry point.
Booking Limits and No-Show Policy
- One appointment per patient, per department, per day.
- Cancellations must be made before 17:00 the day prior to the appointment.
