By default, this service does NOT include live video consultation — it is a document-based case review only.

How It Works

    We will provide a list of qualified doctors from top Shanghai hospitals based on your condition.

    You may also pre‑specify your preferred doctor(s).

  3. Select Your Doctor

    Confirm which doctor you want to review your case.

    Send your medical documents and chosen doctor’s name to our team by email.

  5. Receive Your Review Report & Pay

    The doctor will complete your case review, usually within 5 business days.

    You will receive the official written review report and then complete the payment.
